Coming up to Gold Coast this month from 13th - 20th have many questions that would love to ask you. We were just about to start investing with xxxFinance (who charge a fee of $6600), but after a trip to Melbourne they never got back to us, which is weird because they seemed to think we had the money to do it. I even phoned them again -" oh yes I'll ring u tomorrow" the guy told me. Meanwhile I watched your DVD, was very impressed and would like to go further.
Regards

Why is it that. Every time I change banks I can buy another investment property. But if I am loyal and wish to grow with one bank they put the brakes on. I wish to refinance a dual occupancy site. I went out and spent about $5,000 subdividing. Six months ago Westpac valued the properties and Oked two loans for $170,000 each. Due to a delay in the subdivision, the loans were understandably combined and $301,000 was given. Now that I have completed the subdivition the same bank won't provide the split of the loans and more money so I can buy again.
What is your view on this. Could you help with finance.
