Our apologies Lindy, we did have some technical issues with our web seminar provider on 26th. We had a trouble free run on 3 previous ocassions. I will be in contact to see if we can sort out any technical issues at your end. We have postponed 26th to a later date so hopefully you will be able to join with us then.
Great to hear you are enjoying Nick’s articles. He spends many hours researching property and related issues, which gives great value to the information he gives ( for free !! ).

kept getting a message up connection slow and you may have some restrictions.
it is a bit disappointing as i always enjoy reading your emails about the last and future properties.

I am not sure I understand exactly what you are asking, however, I will send you a copy of our Rental Fact Sheet, which we provide to all our investors prior to them tenanting their properties. This will give you a pretty comprehensive overview of all you need to know at the step of the process (i.e. based on Qld legislation). Enjoyed the webinar. Nick made some great points. Could I ask I have a property I want to rent. I have asked a Real Estate agent to consider finding a tenant, now I know why rent roles are so valuable. How would you approach it.
