Good Afternoon City Park Investor,
Following is the progress report as of 26 June 2008. Photos following.
Building 1
- Internal wall linings 30%
- external painting 90%
- scaffold is being removed
- handrail installation in progress
- window installation 80%
- and lanai tiling 70%
Building 2
- Blade/Carpark column erection 50%
- ground floor/carpark block work complete
Building 3
- Internal & external tiling 95%
- internal painting 80%
- lower carpark walls & roof framing complete
External Works
- Bin enclosure & wash bay block work up
- driveway 90% laid
Estimated completion date for City Park is October/November 2008.
