You would think that anyone who has masses of equity (in their own home and/or an existing investment property) and plenty of income should immediately qualify for a fully documented loan with any of the major bank lenders. The reality is, however, that even they will have to “jump through a series of hoops”. One such example is being able to show the last two years taxable income.
